I get calls starting at 8:00 am on Sundays every 2-3 hours on my cell phone but, never leave a message. When I call them it says "Thank you for calling Credit Services" I finally find out it's for Lowes. Which my account is paid to date. They need to check their information before contacting people. It's costing me minutes on my Cellphone.

Called me 8:15 this morning (Monday). When my husband picked up the phone he heard them hang up.

They call me all the time And when I do answer they said "please hold for a important message, then a chineese or some other language I couldn’t understand mispronounce my name so I hung up on him, but the same # is also calling my wife’s phoneI have had them leave messages for lowes, and our accounts are paid to date.

Same calls here all morring and night also they used (330-433-5996).Finally talked to someone name John, it is a Lowe's collection.

We are called by this number constantly and just hang up. Just this afternoon I decided to google the number and found this page. When I called back the number, I was on hold for about 5 minutes and then the person on the other end just began asking for personal information to "update," then he said, finally, that he was calling about my lowes account that is past due. My account is not past due, and after trying to explain that to him more than once, I just hung up the phone. Like many others who have posted, I too pay my bill on line. Lowes really should update their systems to one that recognizes online payments.

Nice when you sign into your lowes account the #888 840 7651 they give you to call is invalid and offers you updated info via txt message???Im up to date on my account as well. Im thinking this must be some sort of phishing scam.

Ge Money also manages home depot, exxon/mobil and JC pennysas well.

This, as many of you have verified, is FOR Lowes, but it's not actually LOWES who's doing the calling. Sadly, Lowe's has employed the services of "GE Money Bank" to handle their credit cards, and it is GEMB who uses these horrific practices. Rather than threaten to stop shopping at Lowe's because of the calls, threaten to stop shopping at Lowe's if they do not switch to in-house operation of their credit department or, at the very least, switching to a better operation than GEMB is running.

Computer call, 8 in the morning and we haven't used a Lowe's credit card.
