They contacted me about a Print Library issue in Quick Books that I was having on one of my customer computers. I had resolved the issue myself and verified with the user that they did not call QuickBooks to raise a ticket. I never reached out to anyone with my issue. This is the number, extension, and user provided 1-800-579-6025 ext. 92034 Max I hung up with them as it is a phishing scam attempt.

I had contact with these people. Scammers. they claim to be Intuit Quickbooks technical support, but are actually a 3rd party who sell QB services. They go under the names of QBProAdvisors, Quickbookkeepers, and ASquare. I let them into my computer to check some errors with my files. They told me they were corrupt, tried to sell me a Maintenance plan for several thousand dollars. I fell for it, agreed to pay, then found out they were scammers and was able to stop payment before they could get it by emptying the bank account. They then proceeded to steal every single QBB and QBW file on my computer. Held them ransom until I paid. They also use a TX number 817-210-6104. Luckily I had backups of all the files and only missing a few days worth of activity, so I told them to GTH. Absolutely a scam. I asked them several times if they were QB and not a 3rd party, I asked them who was ASquare, they lied and said they had no idea what I was talking about. Sharon was the main contact. She is good at what she does, lying. Look up number, it goes straight to ASquare webpage. The bottom of their invoice for services clearly states they are ASquare. It was then I realized I had been scammed.
