Called two days in a row, I didn't answer first time, today that said that were doing a research for Humana. I said if you have questions for me to answer mail them to me. She said I understand and hung up. She didn't as for an address.

This is a legit customer service survey company. In my case, they were calling on behalf of CVS caremark. They were glad to remove my # from their records.

Numerous calls from this number to our landline over the last few weeks. Usually no message left but yesterday received a 20 second voice mail of someone eating a bag of chips! Hilarious! Bag rustling followed by crunch, crunch, crunch! Scamming must be boring if no one answers.

I answer the called at 6:49pm said he was with Blue Cross Blue shield and doing a Survey. Not sure if this is legit or not but i didn't processed any further.

Called 01/02/18. Mm/dd/yy. No message. Did not answer.

Two calls from these criminals in just over a week. No message either time. From the comments, it's clearly a fraud. How many different companies are they going to claim they're doing "surveys" for? All my calls have been reported to the FTC (not that those idiots are doing anything about it), and I urge you to do the same. Maybe if they get thousands of complaints they'll finally stop wasting tax money and actually prosecute these frauds.
