tonight received 2 rec. messages from sce re: outage 581635, so I called the number back. Rep told me I did not show on their records, & anyway SDGE is my provider. Why is this company calling anyhow? Thanks!!!

Two nights (mornings) before this call we receieved a telemarketer call at the same exact time as this call, 1:30 am, I will be calling SCE as I am infuriated....we had a power outage during the day, they called us about an hour after power was restored, but what kind of moron calls during the middle of the night like this?! Glad our household was woken up like this twice in two day by ignorant companies.

On a Sunday morning at 11 AM I received a call that did not other leaving a message on my answering machine. The notation on the caller ID was "Visalia, City of" (a town in Central California South of Fresno). I am in Southern California and my parents live in that area ... but no reason for them to call my number. I had someone else call it and they said it was an adult chat line.

Calling back to confirm I had power.

No name on caller id for this number. No message left. We did have 2 power outages yesterday - if this is Edison, and I tend to think it is by the previous reports, they should not block their ID. I would have actually answered this call instead of letting it go to voice mail. (Luckily power is back on!)

They called twice today.Caller ID identified it as from the City of Visalia.I live in Orange CountyI did not answer it.

Southern California Edison calling about a power outage.

supposedly this is call from Edison.This call came in at 1/25/2015 at 2:44 pm.. caller id was southerin california edison.no message left and loud dial tone put on line then hung up. Who is dead butt who did this?This is no public service?We had a brief power bump.

This is the second time today that SCE has called me and either blasted recorded, static-filled gobbledy-gook in my ear or simply hung up on me. This is the THIRD DAY in two weeks that our power has been turned off. SCE should be ashamed of themselves for their continuous scheduled outages and then adding insult to injury with these calls! I wish they weren't a monopoly; I would LOVE to find another electricity provider. Even solar panels don't get rid of this awful, awful company!
