The Thomas Agency has been calling me for years..They let up for a few months here and there, but sometimes leave a dozen messages in a week.. In 2003 my brother's grandson stayed with me for 3-4 months in order to graduate with his class.. The cell phone debt was apparently racked up at that time..I have explained this to the agency many times..I am going to return their call one last time...I mailed a cease and desist letter yesterday, certified, so I will know when they get it...After that I will attempt legal action.. on principle.. For them to continue to call a disabled, old woman is a disgrace...

800-639-2408keeps calling an ex boyfriend (my name has never been on the listing) and leaving him messages for me that says they are a debt collection agency.I think it is illegal for them to do this, but they don't seem to care in the least.

I have been disputing this bill for a couple of years. It was due to a hospital error and should never have been my responsibility. I sent in all the documentation, but there is NEVER any record of me doing so even though I have sent it many times. They started getting nasty a couple of months ago. Swearing at me and telling me how this is my responsibility. Now I just have tone of fun with them when they call.

They are an aweful company. I attempted to set up a weekly payment plan and they said they wouold not accept the $5.00 a week i was offering. They can't do that and i'm going to sue.

This agency called me this afternoon at 1757 hours with the caller ID showing up as Unlisted. I use Extreme Call Blocker under Android 7.0. Unlisted/unknown/private/restricted numbers are already active as "hangup no vm" and yet somehow they managed to leave a vm and my indicator for vm's never showed up until 1900 hours. All I got was a 57 second long recording with a female voice saying since you continue to listen to this message you are the party we are trying to contact. Are these people really that stupid by leaving a vm on a phone and since the vm service is still listening that it is the same as me.
