now it appears, after further research, that this 410 number is associated with Equitable Estate Buyers, which in fact has a shop sign at this Baltimore address. In fact, the Temes and Co name is also associated with Equitable Estate... so I think this storefront is the source of these goofy calls...
one more note... Irv or Irving Temes is the owner of these companies, and of the web site LawrenceAdvertising.com... along with 309 other web sites... he is also associated with NationalWatch.com, though it could be that he is a legit jewler and nationalwatch is a legit company in Philadelphia not associated with these odd request for toll-free-numbers... they certainly give Irv a good write-up on their web site... the state yellowpages site I saw waid that Equitable Estate has about $300,000 in annual revenue... (minus the $2,000 he wants to pay for your toll free numbers...) I am not sure where to take this research from here except to fly to Baltimore and kick Irv's [***]... anyone with me?

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
