Robo call saying my credit card was eligible for an interest rate reduction, but that if I didn't respond, my card would be cancelled.
"Account Services" is also using this phone number to call and ask if they can help improve credit card rates for the person they are calling. The number comes up as private on Caller ID but if you push their representative for a call back number you will be transferred to a supervisor who will give out this phone number. More of an inconvenience than anything, especially if you are on the do not call list and have no need of their services...
got a call stating they were from BOA and their was fraudulent use on a CC ending in 2643 (used on a dating service).I didnt give any info out as I had NO idea who this was. I called BOA and I have no cards ending in that number (nor does me wife) and when the CS of BOA looked up that number, they didnt have it in their system.FRAUD?
This number called me today at 7:02 am, 7:12 am, and 7:13 am. I was outside at the time but why would Bank of America call me at that time of morning on Sunday? I do have an account with them, but this has never happened. Also am not in the habit of answering 800 numbers either. This has to be a scam.
