I recieved a call from this number from "Christine" who claimed to be with UPS. She was calling about a package that had supposedly been delivered on Jan 9th and wanted me to call back at 18667066894. The odd thing was that the delivery address referenced in the voice mail was someplace I haven't lived in over a decade! While it seems like the 800 number is legitimately UPS, somehow scammers are using it for their caller ID. I looked up the other number and it's the same story about scammers. I'll be reporting this to UPS.

I have also gotten a few of these calls. I simply don’t pick them up.If the debt is personal, it would be Illegal for a bill collector to lie about his intentions on a call. However on the commercial side it might be on the shady side but not a violation any specific collection law. (not sure if the FCC allowed fictitious Caller id to be used if unregistered) I don’t think any agency would go to the trouble to use caller id spoofing.
I received a call today from this number. They were calling about jury duty summons and that we did not respond to them. They asked for my husband's and my workplace address and phone number to verify if we worked 40 hrs a week. Said that we could be exempt from jury duty. Is this possible?
I am a small business owner. Got a call from this number and they left a voicemail with tracking number saying they were UPS and they needed to advise me that a package I shipped (which I did not ship) had gotten damaged in transit and they would be returning the package to my address as the sender. Was a really strange call because the shipment was supposedly medical items (we are not in the Medial Supply business).
I work in the hotel business and recently was scammed by a person with seemingly talented computer skills, he was able to somehow input billing messages via the web into his reservation styating that said reservatrion was to be direct billed to a company. After billing the company has no idea who this person is. He also used the 800 742 5877 as his business phone number in his reservation.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
