they use a computer voice and say they are a debt collector "right solutions" They don't say who they are calling for. I have my credit report send to me. There nothing showing up on my report. These people should be reported to the police. they should not be allow to prey on people especially our elder. WE own our senior more than that. I would do it but I don't know much about computer and who to report them to. Will anybody out there help us seniors. Thanks

This is a legitimate UPS phone number, we too have a small business and often call when packages have an exception which shows in our Premier account with UPS. In the interim, if someone is calling from that number and you do not have a expected package that is being shipped via UPS, then it is someone using that phone number as stated by several others shown above.I often state that if it is not someone that you are expecting a call from, then don't answer it, if you do answer, or let it go into voicemail, that validates that phone number for them, and often the illegitimate caller will give your number out to other scammers as being legitimate. By not answering, they are never sure if it is a working number or not.

This number called the business i work at stating we were having electrical problems in the lobby and a few rooms, i asked around the office to see why someone would call out for an electrician ( we are an electrical company)...... When i asked if there is someone specifically she needs to speak with or who placed the work order she was very confused.. Then I asked for the address she has associated with that work order and she gave me a bogus address no where near.
