Got this call today about social security suspending my ss#, I let the man speak which had broken english, and he said my social security number has been used in Texas. I said ok so what yall do is just call random phone numbers and you're telling people this? He said no ma'am I have all your information on file in front of me. I said ok so you called me so whats my social security number and Name? He said first we need to verify your name and your name is Mary Dobson right? I said you need to find out whom you're calling before you dial a number cause the Dobson's don't live at this number. He said well if I don't have Mary than whom am I speaking too? Hey you called me sir you should know to ask for whom you're calling before making statements like that to anyone. Who ever this Mary Dobson is must have had the number before me.
Called and left a message about my SSN being suspended and to call them immediately to prevent further action
Called with this message... I need your immediate attention. And request you to reach us back by pressing the number one on your phone to be transferred to designated extension. We hope to resolve the issue of you earlier respond immediately... Obviously I never called back them.
