I received a call from these jerks trying to offer 24 to 36 months interest free on payments to a Mastercard or Visa with the highest limit. Interesting thing that caught my attention is that the call comes in from a local state specific area code and when I answered a woman replied hello as if I called her, ( spoofing call?), I then was interjected a few seconds into me saying hello as if she could not hear me by these idiots with their pitch. After hanging up with these idiots I called back the # that called me and she denied even calling me which I believe. Cellular service providing the ability for these scammers to use a local # to get to you, (a way to get around the national no call list?) I followed along for a while like i was interested till the rep tried to get the last 4 numbers of my card and I said nope. I got their bus name ' Consumer Credit Services. The rep name Norman and his employee # A1993. I strung him along while I checked with this web sight to see if it was legit and-- lo and behold; surprise! Are people that dumb that these scammers can actually make a profitable business out of this crap they do? Wouldn't it be easier to get a real job?!, more profitable I suspect. Also we should all be aware that the credit reporting agencies are probably culpable in allowing our credit card info to be accessed to easily.
Called, didn't leave message. I don't answer calls I don't know that aren't identified on caller ID as a business, and they called on a Saturday which is outside of business hours. SCAM/ROBO probably with a spoofed number!
These [email protected]$tards try to scam people by collecting PII and credit card information with the false promise of lowering your credit card balance. Stay Away!
CID TOLL FREE, no message. Per other websites: Robo calls, Bank of America, Scam or Fraud, Spam/Fraud Potential: High, AAA Mullica Hill, Spam Reports 173, Calls Detected 56,135, Whitepages Searches 262. Yet, the phone companies refuse to lift a finger to stop these criminals (and they have the technology) that should have been in prison for years. They use our phones and service for which we pay to try to steal from us. Century Link is our provider for another day or three, THEN THEY ARE HISTORY. Switched home service a cell carrier who are at least trying to stop some of these calls. Good riddance Century Link!!!
Random call, did not answer immediately. Attempted call back and did not get immediate machine. No clue.
