we need to report each time this number calls. I am on don not call list. They keep calling

They hung up when answering machine picked up. If it were a legitimate call, they would have left a message.

This actually was a legitimate number for us. BofA home loan officer called us back as we requested and this number is what showed up on ID. It'd be nice if their caller ID displayed BofA.

They called yesterday at 6:30 CT. I normally don't answer calls for which I don't recognize the phone number. This time I did. The guy on the other end didn't realize I answered the phone and he was telling his people that it was Friday evening and they should go the f**** home. When I said "What?" he hung up.They called again today and woke me up. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Can't imagine that this was Bank of America. But how would I know if they don't leave a message?

I did not answer but after reading some of the other posts, it probably is B of A calling to remind me (as they did recently by letter) that my Home Equity Line terms are changing next year. For the first 10 years, the line required only that interest be paid monthly, there was no requirement to start repaying the principle. However, next year I have to be paying on the principle as well. I had another line like this that changed over around a year ago and B of A was in touch to let me know what my options were.
