Good caller

This telephone number is registered as Frontier Communications' Residential Customer Service line.

Called and no one on the line, just static.. 7:37 pm 800-921-8101No name, just the number. If it is indeed Frontier, they just bought out Verizon for our area. I have no signed contracts with them, email or otherwise and it was listed with Verizon to not call. I'm on the do not call list, so I'll be turning them in if it continues.

Nothing on the line but a slight electronic whine. Caller ID read "UNAVAILABLE".

12:04 pm, Sunday, Oct. 31 2010 Second call, rang once and nothing. 1-800-921-8101 unavailable.I have a letter written to mail out in the morning telling them to cease and desist the phone calls or I'll be filing complaints with the FTC.

The call at least once a week. I can hear people talking in the background. I say hello and they hang up. I call it back and get the Frontier automated service menu. I have Frontier for my service provider (they recently bought out Verizon here in Iroquois County, Illinois), but when I enter my phone number to get support, it says Frontier does not service the number. I called my local office and they have no idea why I would be getting the calls, but they are looking into it. Its just annoying because they always call when I am ASLEEP.

Same problem, hear people in the background and then they hang up on you.

I work at Communication Solutions, LLC, and phone solicit on behalf of Frontier Communications. The program provided (Liberation) is slow to pick up the calls, so by the time we hear the beep to inform us that someone is on the line, you have already said hello one to three times, depending on how slow the program is wanting to be.

Unsolicited sales calls

Currently on hold waiting for them to pick up so I can tell them I'm on the Do Not Call List. I understand people have to make a living but if this DNC list means anything, then it should be respected.
