Rang once. Either AT&T Smart Call Blocker on my digital U-verse home line blocked it as an incoming robocall or I previously encountered this number and personally stuck it on my phone's Blocked Callers List prior to the FCC's Stirred and Shaken Rule went live. I now have 154 blocked numbers on my cordless phone base compared to only 14 in my Directory (since ALL THE NUMBERS IN MY "DIGITAL PHONE SYSTEM" were either hacked and deleted, or got deleted by a firmware error on the AT&T branded equipment, which the non- AT&T 3rd party tech service Rep for branded, non-mobile, AT&T home and business equipment explained no one is able to access backups or restore handset directories if they vanish--thus, they are NOT IOT PRODUCTS.

Education loans unfortunately are not written off when bankruptcy is completed. It is one of the only types of Loans that isn't. I am dealing with the same thing.
