John Stocking called for "a neighbor" not known by me. If it's my neighbor he's looking for, how did he get MY name? It's a fraudulent collection agency trying to collect on a bogus debt. I pay my bills on time, so I KNOW I don't owe on a delinquent debt. Don't answer your phone or they will try to stick it too you! Just hang up on them before the machine picks up...

Received a call asking for information on a neighbor(then gave their names). Said the phone number they had was disconnected and since we live somewhat near them, could we assist her in finding them. Phone call left was on voicemail, they did not know or use our names and our phone number is actually private and unlisted. Caller was asking for a return a call to Sandra Henson from "something" Financial(could not understand)- 1-800-955-9096, ext. 5496.This type of "call" violates two separate privacy and civil laws. First, it is against the Fair Debt Collections Act to call ANYONE else - friend, relative, employer or otherwise to obtain information on a person or their where abouts. Secondly, a complaint and civil lawsuit can be filed in the state the call was made from and the state the call was received. To do this - contact the states Attorney General to file and log a complaint. Each offense is $1000 and up depending upon the type of violation.Do not give out information on yourself or anyone when these people call - it is a privacy violation and against the law. Do your neighbors, friends and relatives a favor - do NOT give out information - file a complaint.

Calls asking for a family member. Very urgent and demanding. Started in June with a guy named Derrick who left a company name I couldn't understand. I called him back and he wouldn't give me any information about what it was regarding. A couple of weeks later he called back stating he was with Chrysler Financial. All days of the week at all times of day.The first time he left a number it was from Denton, TX. After that it has been an 800 number. 800-955-9096 Ext. 5931.I also contacted Chrysler Corporation's Financial department and they have no record of anyone in their company trying to contact me.This week a woman has been calling with the same story. They call 4-5 times a week.

I have gotten two calls from this number - one harassing, aggressive male asking to speak to someone I don't know (and I've had my phone number for 4+ years). He insisted that he go ta call from my phone last week (lie) and asked me to idetfy myself, which I refused to do and hugn up. Then I got an "urgent" message asking me to call 8009559096 and when I did (3 times) to cpmplain, I couldn't be connected

This is a unknown/unwanted call on my cel phone. I am requested to return a call to Chrysler reps at 1 800 955 9096
