Same here, started yesterday and seems to be about 2x per day. My cell has an ignore option so I no loger notice the call, but when it does roll to VM all there is is a noisy , what sounds like a call center, background. Still a pain though. Anyone else getting these?

I just started getting calls from this number once every other day. Ive been using Google to find out where the calls are coming from since I rarely ever answer unless I know who is calling because Ive had people calling me for over a year asking for the people who had my cell # last. I am GLAD I did not answer after reading the comments left here.

Got new call today. Looked up number as it is unknown to me.

Received a call from this number. They said they were from Robert Allen's office. I just hung up on them because the connection was terrible and it was obvious they were calling from over seas and just reading from a script.

They haves called me 7 times and won't stop! They are trying to get me to sign up for some school institute and I told then over and over I'm not interested and to remove me from their list... Most of the time they hang up on me before I finish telling them this!

Since the new year I have been getting a call a day from this number. I called it back and the recording said that the number is not a working number. I have had it!

this number is a call about college that i never signed up for. they called me up to 5-6 times a day and hang up cut me off when im talking and i have the same problem and finally spoke with a so called supervisor and i had to tell them im on the do not call list and finally had to tell them if they call me again i was going to sue them for harrasment and i got her badge number and name and lets see if it work!!!

I am glad I googled the number and found this history. I typically do not answer calls that come in unknown or aren't in my contacts. I suppose I will simply keep ingnoring it until it stops. It will stop, right?

I just got a call from these people asking for Gilberto Alvarez. There was no sound when I answered, so I was about to hang up when a man with a Mexican accent asked for Gilberto Alvarez. I told the man that this is a buisness line and there is no one named Gilberto, or Alvarez here. The man insisted that this was Gilberto's cell phone number and I asked him to put me on the 'do not call' list. The man refused and said that he was calling over financial matters, therefore he did not have to put the number on a do not call list. I asked for his name and to speak with his supervisor, but he refused. I asked him the name of the company that he represented and he refused. I told him that if he is to call again, I will file a lawsuit for harassing phone calls. The man became irate and I told him that this conversation is now being recorded (I put him on speaker phone because I work in a dispatch center where audio is recorded). He hung up!!! A few things strike me as odd. First, this number was NEVER assigned to anyone before. Second, the cell phone I recieved it on was a buisness phone, by Verizon. Don't take any crap from these guys. They are shady, even if they are actually a legitimate company.
