I keep getting calls and no one answers, they call me at all hours of the day and night. Very annoying disrupting my sleep and my phone.

i've been receiving calls from this number as well (801-229-2252.) I did a reverse look up and found that the number belongs to Carrier: Qwest Corporation in Provo, UT. I found Qwest Corporation is a telecommunications company whose CEO/branch manager is Joe Nacchio.After Googling Joe Nacchio, I found he is currently serving six years in Federal Prison for insider trading but he claims his investigation is retribution for him being the only CEO of a telecommunications company to not release customer communications records to the government under the Bush administration.So...if Joe Nacchio is currently serving a six year sentence in Federal Prison as of April 2009, how and why am I getting calls from Qwest Corporation? Maybe the number is not important... when you call the number back, its not is service. It can be possible that whoever is dialing our numbers, is also changing the number that appears on our caller IDs (because that is possible.) Just a little info for you.

I just received my first/hopefully last call from this # a few minutes ago. No one there. I tried calling back and the number "cannot be completed or is out of service". Came up on caller ID as Provo, UT. As some sources say this is from Qwest, I'm wondering if they are trying to slam switch phone services. Will call my telecom company to check/report.

They just called me, asked for my BF, she said can YOU speak with him, I said no he's at work. I asked her how she learned English, and she hung up.

Irade, I heard of a really good trick. Get yourself one of those umpire whistles and when they call, blow it. That'll burst their eardrums and stop the calls. LOL

I started to receive calls from this number about a week ago. Its from Provo, Utah. When you answer no one speaks. Then they hang up. My daughter answered the last time and the same thing. Now this morning they called again at 8:45 in the morning. I just pressed the end button on my phone. They just called now again at 11:40am. I'm getting so aggravated with this. My number is on the no call registry now for at least two years. A lot of good its doing.

Yes its Provo, Utah and no one speaks when you answer. We have answered twice with no response. Then they hang up the phone. My daughter started to tell them to stop calling this number and they hungup.

Ya if the retards want a call back then they should at least leave a v-mail, i'm sorry but they always seem to call when i'm at work and that's not cool.

Our office has been getting calls from this number several times a day for one our of staff. They were using an 800 number until we told them the staff person didn't want calls so they changed their approach and number. We are a busy office and do not need to be bothered several times a day, five days a week with these calls.
