I called Spirit Air for customer service and they transferred me and kept me on hold for an extended period of time.My Final time allocation was 49 minutes and I was a valued customer. I DID NOT know they transferred me to a line where my phone was being charged for time and charges.I glad that I'm not one of the non valued customers.THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS - PERIOD.
