Got an e-mail saying I was going to be charged for teck supportand if I wanted to get a full refund to call number I checked my debit cards as I have changed them and no charge was done

I received a suspicious email, with a "receipt" for a "yearly charge" they say I paid yesterday, and telling me I can get a "full refund" by calling this number. There's no charge on my account, and I've been getting phone calls saying the same thing for almost a year. Someone with the law needs to investigate this number.
A scammer company has called me in Texas saying they are going to charge me $199.00 for Premium Support renewal and to get a refund please call this number 801-692-7648. This looks very suspicious. and I will not call this number they can try to charged me but have changed all my debit cards number as they tried this before. Scammers they are.
