I received a call from 803-264-0000, they left a message to call 803-264-4600, I did and it was concerning a new policy I'm taking out. I told the woman that I would have answered when she called but didn't like the looks of the number because it looks like a "Telescammer" number. She didn't know what number she called on, they just have an outgoing line to call on and then leave a message to call their extension. She said she was going to say something to her supervisor because that explained why she was having so many calls not answered.
Received 5 calls within 11 minutes. Answered none. They left no message. I called the number, listened to prompts, spoke to operator. This is a main number for Blue Cross BlueShield of SC. She sincerely apologized and said it sounded like a glitch in the system, took note of situation, and said she would pass along to the other operators. Told me if it happened again to call back and let her know. She was very nice and helpful.
I keep getting calls every two minutes from this number. When I answer it just beeps again and again.

Got a call and answered. The lady gave her name and asked to speak to my wife. I asked what about and she said it was BCBS plan that she had. Got my wife and listened in on the speakerphone. She asked about satisfaction with the Medicare Supplement Plan she had and to rate the policy. Short four or five questions and ended. What concerned me was the Called ID said UNAVAILABLE which I would normally block before answering.
