Received a call from this number today at 12 noon in a robotic type voice,stating that if I don't immediately call back then it would be there final attempt to contact me concerning legal action, or failing to appear before a federal magistrate and by not responding back they,would proceed with criminal charges against me or to press 1 to speak to their executive
Just called but I did not answer but they left a recorded message saying I was involved in some fraudulent activity & legal action would be taken. Block this number- fraud alert!
Same - I didn't answer. Robo-call message asking you to call back and threatening "legal action". 1. Law Enforcement will not call you to discuss a case against you. 2. No legal action can be settled over the phone.
Half a message from a recording talking about fraudulent activity and taking legal action. My favorite part was the "have a nice day" at the end.
