Fraud, says they are with the social security administration and that my info is compromised and I might be arrested. They ask me for my social and date of birth. I do not give them any information. They know my name on their caller id. When I question them the guy tells me to s*ck his di*k. Wow, vulgar. I reported them to social security office. OIG SSA GOV. I worry that people will fall for this spammer. I report them to fraud hot line. Number is 1-800-269-0271. Yes very upsetting. Everyone please report this number and shut them down.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
