I answered, as the call was supposedly from a local number. However, when I heard the "boip" sound of the call being transferred, I hung up.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
