I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.

Called many times left no message

This number belongs to Will County IL. Apparently it's a robo call regarding some sort of "issue" message, perhaps a warning about bad weather, an escaped convict, or missing child... not totally sure - the messages sound like, "press 1 to confirm press 2 to hear the message again..." if you try and call back it doesn't tell you why they called to begin with !! bad system.

Scott may be right. I got a call from this number shortly after the power went out in Plainfield, IL during the storm on 02/01/11. The only phone in the house that works when the power is out was in the basement and by the time I got there the ringing had stopped.

I got the same call, said it was will county emergancy, no message, told me to watch comcast first time for this

just the county calling about a controlled burn. I get this call once a year

Received a call earlier in evening didnt answer, then got another call stating the person was aprehended (spelled wrong). A little scarey for me... so from on we are going to answer these call. you dont know who is out there....

Got a recorded message saying there has been an increase in the number of vehicle robberies in my area and to lock your vehicle and call police if ou see any suspicious activity. Odd, how did they get my cell phone number?
