7/8/2020 12:04 p.m. person identified themselves as Matt Kagel of Alliance Group, asked collection-agency-specific questions. Insisted on verbal identification verification before telling me what the call was regarding and became argumentative when I would not confirm or deny my identity. Blocked this number but I am sure they will just use a rollover to continue.
