They keep calling to speak with our AP person. They say they're with Greenwich & Associates (which makes them sound important) and the caller ID says "ISA RESEARCH". When you google the company name of greenwich it says "Greenwich Associates provides research-based strategy management services for financial professionals and is the most trusted firm offering comprehensive consulting and research capabilities in institutional financial services." In other words, tellemarketers.
They left a message about a survey needing a computer w/ video (why). Probably want to access data on my computer.
Called at 9:45 EST. Did not pick up. No message. Needless to say, time to put a block on these folks!!!
Caller ID says it is "ISA Research" but the person calling says that "our records indicate that someone there called National Grid in the past thirty days - do you know who that was?" Then they try to get connected to our accounts payable department.
