Just got this call Today 09-15-2022 - Missed the name but asked for printer Model numbers. Asked him to verify which units he has on file for us (we dont use 3rd party printer support) and they put me on hold. I thought they would hang up so I walked away came back 10 min later still had me on hold. Scam.

A man by the name of Steve called my work today in a friendly voice & said he needed to know the model # to the copy machine here & that it should be right on the front of the copy machine. When I asked where he was calling from, he quickly hung up. There is a scheme out there where people call and say that you owe money on your copy machine, hoping you'll send them a check. Except it's a schemer trying to take your money!! Im almost confident that's what Steve was aiming for! Get a life Steve smh

"Steve Taylor" (Hunter Corp.) called and asked for the model number of our copier. Warned of this SCAM ahead of time. I said, "NOPE" and hung up.

"Steve Taylor" Scammer claiming to be supplier of printer and copier.

"Steve Taylor" called and asked for our copier number and may possibly be the most ignorant "scam artist" there is. Kept asking for my last name and email address after telling me that he had me on record as the person to buy supplies for our copier. When I said that he just told me he had my info on record and asked why he needed my last name and email he laughed and hung up.
