Just received a text with scripture as well, I haven't messaged back but may try and call. Spam? Who knows, what would they be spamming for?
I got Matthew 5:40. Very strange and kinda creepy. Tried messaging back, but no reply.
I received a text from the number and my wife received the same text. The text we received was an answer that we were waiting on. Thank you Jesus
This number texted me a scripture in the middle of the night, then texted my kids phone early this morning with the same scripture. I asked who they were trying to reach, and they didn't answer. It's obviously a scam caller.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
