Said I owed on a credit card that was 200 limit over ten years ago an Friday they are gonna turn in papers to take me to court??when I asked ok what’s the address then she said she wouldn’t give me any more info on the case unless I’m ready to resolve it that’s bs says it’s from hollister Cali?very suspicious they had my social security my bday address but she hung up on me 3 times when I asked for info

What I do is call them continuously I have now called them 63 times and I will keep calling them I'll show him how to activate somebody

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
