They called and wanted to set me up with nurse and asked for my birthday month, then wanted to transfer me to a nurse, he put me on hold and then came back and said they needed to verify my insurance and will call back, that is when i got suspioous. When they call back ill be ready!
After several seconds of silence, they asked to speak to the parent or guardian of my child whom they knew by name. They were offering a nurse advocacy program free of charge and claimed to be affiliated with my company's health care provider. They knew my health care and company name as well. When asked, they could not offer me information by email, or provide me with a website, link or specific program name. The call center person was eager to connect me to a nurse. I declined. Shady.
