Got the call before and pressed 4 to be put on the DNC "do not call" list... they don't care. They keep calling and I am considering opening up a law suite against the company or person doing it.
They say there affiliated with MICROSOFT and want to refund money to you. Of course this is a big scam to get your IP address so they can send a virus to your computer, then charge you Big $$ for there anti-virus to remove viruses from your computers. Don't send any info !!! This is a Big SCAM!!! They are not affiliated with MICROSOFT!!! BEWARE!!!
A partial message about a business closing down and press 1 to get your refund - I didn’t do it and don’t trust it
Same.. just got a call saying it was not a scam, a business for technical support was going out of business and to press 1 for my refund... hung up
Call from a company claiming that I purchased some services and they want to refund me money because they were going out of business. I pressed 1 and spoke to a person who wanted me to go to my computer and follow his instructions. I refused to protect myself from identity theft and computer from getting any malware and then hung up.
Hey was a voice mail About my computer and it said that if I want to get my money back for the services I had because they are shutting down and before I was going to pick one it hanged up try to call them back but no one answered
