I thought it was pure spam, until I read some comments below, because I have been looking for insurance. Belair do have numbers in the 833 toll free code. But they should learn to leave a message if they want my business. I'm not picking up.

Seems like a scam/fake, no answer when I took the call then answering machine took over. US number, I live in Canada (Jan 23, 2020).
They have two number to harass people, Intact assurance tracks your info as soon as you just take a look at their prices online. I called the first number +1 (833) 876-0518 requested them to stop calling me and then they changed number the very same day and called me three time. They never leave messages because they really want people to call back. Be aware of harassment.

Called me 2 times a day for last 3 days (Nov 25-28). I did not answer. The caller id shows it's belair insurance. I checked, they do not have such number. This is clearly a scam.
This is a recording that calls over and over saying something about my current credit account.I hang up.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
