Hi - so I just received a call from them (using my maiden name) and I spoke with a Deborah. She claimed to be the legal mediator on my case regarding a card I paid off back in 2010. Because I can't provide them with the letter, she's claiming I didn't pay it and will continue to pursue the case. She never let me talk and was EXTREMELY rude with me. We were literally screaming at each other. I told her to check with the bank and they will verify the amount I paid and date to which she replied they have nothing to do with it at this point. She also had a VERY old address and said it was MY responsibility to change the address. I explained that it wasn't because I was under the impression that I paid it off so I didn't give it another thought. I'm LIVID right now and have no idea how to report her as the name they gave me was "We Wylie" but she never confirmed. She also claims I made a $10 payment 5 years ago (Which makes NO sense if I paid it off in 2010) and because of that they have another 2 years to harass me. I have 3 young kids and this is the LAST thing I need on an already paid debt! How did I know that I needed to hold on to the letter for 7 years? I haven't received a call about it until a few months ago!

It really is NCRI (official phone number 1888-670-6274) calling for Joaquin Kim as a phishing call. When one calls this government contracted company to report the fraudulent call, the "attendant/employee" from India responds by asking for the complainant's information "to see if you are in their system." I suppose because they can't track down people to collect actual (expired) debts from, they decide to harass the entire country waiting for people to call in to complain who potentially themselves have an old debt NCRI can act on. I suppose this is where they replace the name Joaquin Kim with the name of the complainant for future harassment. This is what our government has developed into.The pay system does not provide a dependable paycheck for government employees,The credit reporting system which has been outsourced to a different country, hacks into the very files they are contracted to protect and report on.The prime minister takes money from the public to do dark business of his own.The ethics commissioner is for hire to anyone in power who needs a permission note.The finance minister is welcome to continue doing private business on the side as long as the press does not find out.The government announces money available to help those less fortunate then takes more from those same citizens.Large chunks of government money is unaccounted for and a promise to someday pay back (as long as the same government is re-elected in 2019) is in its place.The federal reserve has been mysteriously depleted and it had to have been an inside job.The rest of the world is looking at the suave face of this country's leader waiting to see the substance behind the smarmy personality that now represents it.

Scam con freaks trying to scam fake debt collection. Do not return call. If they call again say "hello" ONLY ONE TIME. If they are scammers and solicitors the robot/solicitor can not speak to you, the real person, unless you say "Hello" a second time! Try it, it works, then hang up if there is still silence AFTER YOUR FIRST "HELLO"

These guys have been calling DAILY for about 4 years in regards to the "documents I have recently received by mail". In the past 2 years, I have also been receiving calls as their "last attempt before legal procedures". There are about 4 different lawyers "working on this case". I've been checking my credit report every 3 months and I have no pending debt.

They actually say they are from the offices of Lee Wilie. At the end of their lengthy message they give their address and request myself or my solicitor call them.And some how they got my elderly parents phone number and are now calling them. I haven't owed any debt since 2009 and my equafax does not show Any debt owed. Best to ignore these scammers

This disheartens me.... they've only been doing it for a few months to my work number but it's so annoying!

I have been getting robot calls from this number for weeks. Sometimes I hear it is from the office of B Y Lee looking for someone with an initial that's muffled sounding like "I" but other times sounded like Hi, Kai, or Mai. I think they are trying a random number to find whoever they are trying to find. They mentioned a package that was sent and we have to conduct ourselves accordingly or something like that. There is no one in our house with a name that sounded anything like that. We have never received any package and we don't owe anyone anything.

Continuous robotics calls leaving threatening messages for debt not owed.
