This number did not call me but I too received an email that looked like it really was from Amazon about a shipment which was a MacBook Air for $899.99 this was surely a scam so I didn't reply to it or call the number listed in the email because I don't even have an Amazon account so there's no way they could scam me. Jokes on them.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
