Person with heavy Indian accent said my Amazon Prime account will be going up to $39.99/month. I told him that if it goes up to $39.99 / month to cancel my membership and I hung up. He called me right back and said I did not understand the reason. He said because of the mistake Amazon made in the past that this was to make up for that mistake. I again told him to cancel my membership and again hung up. I called Amazon and they said this was a scam. They said they would not phone someone but would send any contact via email only.
My software will automatically renew for $599 if I do not call them back.

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.
