Calls 4 to 6 times a day when i do answer its automated and puts me on hold

Please quit calling my number day and night and whenever you please I work night I turn my phone off you don't leave a message you are not around to talk to when I'm up I'm not busting my butt to find out who you are if you will leave a message I will send whatever money it is that I/O to whom ever it is I owe but leaving anonymous numbers and not saying who you are calling on behalf of is not going to get them paid y'all are a real piece of work.

Actually, their caller id stating Customer Svc is illegal. By law, it has to be the company name OR Private. Scam company. Don't answer.

They refuse to take the payment I offered, I was approved for charity after I had my heart attack and quad bypass as I just moved to SC (3 weeks prior) after living overseas for a few years and only had medicare part A at the time. In hospital after the heart attack to send me home while I waited for the Plavix to come out of my system so they could do the surgery but they kept me in for a full week (it was the week of Thanksgiving 2013) I kept telling all those doctors who you don't know and just want to listen to your chest 50 times a day to stay out of my room I had no insurance...but they just laugh and come in anyway. All everyone kept say was it's okay pay what you can even if it's $5 a month, even the clergy man who came in said give them a dollar or two, it's okay. I was so tired of hearing people tell me it's okay....I'd say oh, it's okay....are you gonna pay the bill. Laugh, laugh, laugh....now that I have the charity, which took months to be approved due to the bad weather last winter, even though they originally agreed to take it no one is accepting it. My cardiologist just said no worry, he was writing it off and he did, but it's all those that I don't know from a whole in the wall that have me in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. They should have let me go home and wait the week in my own bed, I would have signed a waiver, but no they kept me in for a week and I just sat there. Now my Primary tells me don't even answer the phone anymore. If they don't want to work with me it's their problem. They won't take less than $25 a month and I can't afford that right now. So now I just block the calls, it's too stressful to have them get rude when I explain my situation. Next time they can call me on 1-800-Bit-eMee

I have had hundreds of this caller and never a msg or anyone when I pick up the phone. I have recorded telling them to STOP calling me all hours of every day. I have no clue what they want. Go ahead. Keep calling after being told to stop, it's harassment and BoA just got sued for the same sort of thing you are doing. Trust me, I'm sure every one of these people would love to begin a class action suit, keep your call records and record you telling them not to call your number again. They then have to do it through the mail if you owe something, at least that way you don't run to the phone. Grrrrrrrrrr

Call them and make arrangements to pay the bill. They are willing to work with you to get it paid. If you got the services then pay the bill. After speaking with them I found out I had a past due bill from a surgery I didn't even know about. I called the doctor and found out I did owe it. I made arrangements to pay it off a little at a time. It's not how much you pay but rather that you are willing to work with them.

Try going to the Salvation Army or CCAP or another Social services organization for help with the bill. They might be able to get them off your back.
