This phone number texted me "Hi" so I respond back "Hi there, who is this?" Nobody ever responded so I called the number thinking it may be a Drs office or a friend who had changes the phone number. My calls go to a recording. A person did finally answer on my 3rd attempt saying "Grays funeral home. You tag em, we bag em." The person just kept saying very off the wall weird things. Maybe safe but not worth answering. If I didn't need to find out if the phone number belonged to a Drs office. I wouldn't have had to go to this extent to identify the caller. So I say, Not Safe.
