Pretty sure it is actually Cox since they knew I had an appointment and the time of the appointment.
Confirmed to be legitimately Cox. The automated message knew exactly when my appointment was, and all i have to do is press 1 to confirm my appointment, and then it hangs up on you. So not a scam.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
