Received a call from this number claiming to be Cigna with a health coaching benefit. I returned the call and immediately when they answered the automated system called me by name and asked me to confirm it was me. I hung up. I have cigna insurance so I called them at the number on my insurance card. They confirmed this was not legit.

I received a call from a different number and when they left an automated voicemail saying it was the Cigna nurse advisory group and to call them back on this number. I called the number on the back of my Cigna card because this number wasn't listed anywhere on my insurance paperwork, and went through the phone tree to get to the nurse advisor team. They have no record calling me on the date the message was left and told me to ALWAYS call the number on the back of my card.

Same. Left an auto message on my home landline. When I called them back, I used my cell phone. They asked me to enter the phone number where I received the message. Then it was supposed to have transferred me to a representative, but it cut me off. Thank goodness they didn't ask for anything else, but now they know my cell number. I called Cigna's customer service and they said it was a scam. Yikes!

Same as many other comments, I fell for the voicemail and called back to 844-293-9867, entered my phone number. Verbally agreed "yes" to verify my name, but then something did not feel right so I hung up. I hope I don't have to worry about something coming out of this little stunt. I hope I stopped in time. I should know better...Sad face...Mad face.

Just got the same call, which left a vm. It was automated, they said they were from cigna. It sounds to me like a total scam. Every time i pressed '0', they offered more [***], e.G. Roadside assistance, special offers, etc. I'm reporting them to donotcall.Gov

I got a call from someone who left a message saying they were CIGNA and to call them back at the toll free number, 18442939867. I checked here first, believe it’s a scam and did not call them back. CIGNA never calls; they would send me mail instead.

Rec'd a voicemail from 978-933-6643 asking me to call back on 844-293-9867 and speak to their personal health team. I called Cigna to see if it was legit, it is not. It is a scam. They said do not call the number back.
