Forgot to say something important... removing their number doesn't change anything because they keep changing phone numbers daily. I have worked with my phone Company and blocked hundreds of calls but they keep on coming. .JUST DON'T RESPOND!

Received a voice mail from this number today at 6:45 pm. (fist time) Hi, this is Cigna please call us, etc...available until 9:00. I am so sick of these 'robot' calls and I am so aware of their 'cons'. First of all, if you are not all AWARE already, Banks, Social Security, Insurance Co., etc do not call you unless you requested a call back. And they have 9 to 5 jobs!!! (give or take) Another clue is to look at the area code. If it is not in your zone or a familiar area code from family, friends out of State, it is a 'robot' call. If you answer or call them back they have 'GOT YOU'...they are great at manipulating the conversation to 'YOU' saying key words or phrases they need to 'hack' you. Maybe all you said was "yes" to something they asked. They can take that YES as drain your bank account...that is their goal. I am still being haunted, harassed and threatened on a daily basis (voice mail and email) from what was and did happen, a 'scare' scam on my computer from 2 years ago.

Cigna Health Care - Automated message - appointment reminder or other insurance related message.

Stated they are Cigna. Trying to sell me heath care. I dont have Cigna. Sounds more like a scam to me.

They said they're Cigna and that they had a benefit I wasn't using- health coaching. They wouldn't tell me any more or take me off the solicitation list because I wouldn't verify my date of birth and other info. It sounded like a call center, lots of people talking on calls in the background. I don't know if it's legit, but we do have Cigna for health insurance.

I received a voicemail saying they were from Cigna. I called the actual number for Cigna and they confirmed that they never called me regarding my account! This is a scam!!! Do not call the number back that they give you in the message and definitely do not give out any personal info!

Same here, received this scam voicemail, originating from (978) 933-6643, and asking me to call back (844) 293-9867. No way!

Same, got an automated call telling me to call back to (844) 293-9867 which of course I didn't.

Automated call asking me to call back. I know Cigna has health coaching, I've used it in the past. Sounded legit but I did what Laura did and checked with Cigna - no record of their calling me.

This is legit. The health coaching is a benefit Cigna offers which your employer buys from them for employees to use to improve their wellness. It's a different benefit from your health/medical insurance which explains why when you call the main Cigna number for your insurance, they wouldn't necessarily know about it. I received emails from my employer about wellness benefits from Cigna before I received the phone message.
