Called this morning and left a message saying she was a pharmacy technician. I will not call back.
Ive been getting these calls too and I work for the company. I do NOT believe they are legit as we HAVE #'s internally for the supposed services they are trying to provide. If I need assistance from my heath provider / company I make the call. Best to delete people for your safety !
This is Anthem. They have personal medical information that only the insurance company is aware of.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
