Called him for Facebook support, made me get iTunes cards for additional payments for support.

844-536-9338 ex 8004 Alex Cooper rep said he would activate my fb if I gave him iTunes gift cards then asked for my bank account so that the money could be out back.... I'm pressing charges calls were recorded and I will not let this slide!

This is happening too me they have hacked my Facebook and I have no pics of my babys anymore I'm I have called the FBI the FTC everything I can think of I still have the iTunes card he used please please fix this

I had my account disabled and was told that Facebook had a customer service number. I call the 844 number and a rep by the name of "Albert" assured me he could resolve my issue with the whole iTunes thing. Needless to say I fell for the okey doke. Set up a new account and they smacked that one as well. Very frustrating and time consuming, I hope they get everything they got coming to em.

Wants me to buy an i tune card cause i was told that my account was gotten in to..and naked pictures of mine were being sold..I told him good..send me some..cause i never had any....

My brother had problems with Facebook account so he wanted to call Facebook for help. He searched the number on googgle and called them. I knew this after the scam over. While he was talking, he couldn’t understand all the talking because he had brain injured. He gave me the phone and asked me to talk with that person but he also spoke to since it was on speaker phone. I did not know what was going on but talked. I asked what issues going with my brother. The person said my brother couldn’t log on Facebook, iCloud accounts because a lot activities on his accounts that was why all those accounts been suspended. I thought my brother had problems with his iPhone. While my brother and I were understanding about the issues, he told us in order to fix it. First, he stopped and removed all then re-established new accounts. He required my brother to buy 2 iTunes card $50 each and credit back when he done. That person (claimed to be Mark Williams) whose accent as a foreigner was the same person that I had been talking in the story gave the 844-536-9338 to call back after got the iTunes cards. I was suspected at fisrt because I expected the toll free instead this number. I had my family coming over very soon.My brother Got iTunes cards and called that cower person and gave the code. He transferred to the tech to fix the issues as he told us.Another foreigner talked, explaining what was he going to do 3 steps. 1 is to stop, done. 2 is verification and validation, done. 3 is administrative and authoritative, not done. He continued explaining. I suspected when he mentioned Facebook hacked to my brother.He asked 2 iTunes cards $ 100 each in order to fix it. I was very upset. Now, I knew we had been scammed. Asked his name and he said Ronnie Williams Sr. I figured out and argued with him why my brother had to pay him to Facebook account. Hung up, darn it.Called iTunes customer service and read serial number on the cards. Those cards been used and gone. It could been worse because my brother was thinking to buy more iTunes cards.Spread out these words to prevent or minimize more people who could be a next victim.

I was convinced there were hackers n my computers and they seemed to process to make it seem like it and thats why I was having trouble with my facebook and my computer. They wanted me to buy iTune cards and at first sure since it would be refunded, but then it got to more, more and i gotten my myself deeper.. They didnt fix what they said they would. They consider iTunes cards money, but it takes money to buy them... now so far im out of the money i spent. They told me I didnt do it the right way so i wont be able to get my refund.
