Robocaller for toll roads reminding people to update credit cards! Too many calls, they also send out letters
It's the toll roads authority. These people are very pushy when it comes to renew or replenish your account. You might have a good balance but if your credit card either expires or you no longer have it, they call you over and over to renew.
Nice to know who these people are. Why don't they have the courtesy to identify themselves via caller ID or when you say hello? Poor business practices on their part.
I answered the phone and no one was there, just empty space. I kept saying "hello?" and no one responded. I ended up hanging up on them after being on the line for thirty seconds. Ain't nobody got time for that.
I don't even have an account like this, no tolls in my area-Not sure what this is all about but don't need anymore of their calls @ 8:45PMon a work night!
The Toll Roads originally notified me by email that our credit card info needed to be updated, which I then did on their website. They called to confirm that the issue had been resolved. I have no complaint.No call type listed below matched their purpose, which was simply to confirm that a potential payment issue was successfully resolved. I don't think that puts them in the telemarketing business...

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Called me 10x on April 8. No message left. Calling again today April 10. Starting to get irritating!
Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.

I called my bank, and they confirmed that this call was from their fraud department. It was legitimate. But I don't understand what your star rating system is, the five stars above the "Report" blue rectangle. What is it rating?
