Email stating unusual activity on my card from Bank of America. Asked me to contact that number. I've had previous alerts asking me to call that number. I think it's legit. You can't find the fraud number online because it's only given out to customers if there are security issues. Called the number on the back of the card; B of A said they were closed. Weird.
Claiming to be Bank of America “preferred ATM debit card client protection” calling about suspicious activity on my debit card. A flag went up because I’d already spoken to a representative from the fraud department several days before about phony charges. I don’t know if this was a coincidence or if the two are related. Confirmed with the actual BoA that it was not them and reported the two call back numbers listed. They will NEVER ask for personal info.
