Yeah, something about a hydro bill, but i just checked and my BC hydro bill is good.i just told them i'd login to the website and bring my bill up to date, found it was fine i think this is probably a scam number.

they are a freaking pain in the ass .. they should be sued for harassments ..period.. Who wants to start the ball rolling?

The monthly hydro bill for my sub-metered 2bdrm apartment is frequently over double what my friends pay their hydro providers for detached houses (fact). This seems to be price gouging to me. Enercare has a captive client base in apartment dwellers and in my opinion, they seem to be determined to extract every dollar they can.It's only natural that aggressive collection activity frequently goes hand in hand with predatory pricing tactics.... when a company has customers twisting on the hook they have to make sure they get those hooks in deeper. Enercare bills arrive (online!) with less than two weeks provided to make payment (fact), and daily live- agent collection calls and mailed overdue notices start within a couple days of the bill due date (fact- based on my personal experience).If you are receiving a call from this number for the first time it is possible you are 2 or 3 days late on a massively inflated hydro bill, and don't worry there is already an overdue notice in the mail. By the way, you are paying for this aggressive hyper-vigilance yourself with your steep "security deposit" and all those monthly "administration fees".I am waiting for the day my landlord figures out their high vacancy rate and frequent tenant turnover is due in part to their partnership with Enercare.

They are asking me for a hydro bill which is pending from Oct 2015 when Oct 2016 has passed....I'm scared to pay that I feel thats a fraud.
