A message was left saying his name was Colby and that he was with the department of human service. I deal directly with DHS at our local offices not like this. Amen 👍

Easy to get the last 4 of your credit card, especially online purchase, these are scams or debt collectors

Received a call from this number after making a credit card purchase tried to call back was on hold for 15 minutes with nothing in recorded message identifying who they were just something about fraud I hung up then called my credit card company and it was NOT a call from them.

Confirmed legitimate call. This was a robo-call reporting a fraud case for a charge on my debit card. I called the bank and they confirmed the case was real.

They left a pre-recorded voice mail message (caller ID info suggested I not pick up the phone), referenced my name, my credit union's name (my real one, not some out-of-business distant one), and "last four digits." Warned there's been strange activity on my account and I should call them. (Not the credit union's number.) I called the credit union's real number, spoke to a real person, found no "strange activity."

Just received a call from this number but did not answer. Voicemail said it was the Visa Fraud Center for my bank stating the last 4 digits of my CC, amount and place of business where it was used. A half hour earlier, I received a text from a different number asking me to confirm/deny a purchase on same card (I didn't notice the text until I checked my voicemail). Although I did not call this number back (I called the number on the text message), I would say this is a legit number and one you would not want to block.

They have called but they had the last 4 digits I our bank card correct!

Found out this is a company that many banks and C.U. use to contact customers about fraudulent charge's.
