It's a Spectrum automated Service Reminder, reminding you of an upcoming appointment. If you don't pick up, at least for me, they have a person call you on another line to manually verify things, the number they used then was 855-707-7328, but that may have just been the technician's number because the guy I spoke to was verifying 1 of the issues I called about, which was the techs leaving the hoods/bonnets off the junction locations and exposing the connections to the weather ... NOT GOOD !!! I now think the issues I am having may have something to do with this recent rash of shoddy workmanship, as I can see 3 of these locations uncovered from my apartment.

It's Time Warner following up if you scheduled a service call. Irritating that it comes thru as Toll Free Call instead of TWC.
Fortunately I googled the number and read the comments that this caller is a TWC service call. They called 2 days ago regarding the scheduled service call and it showed TWC was calling.Ironically, TWC has a spam blocker feature (online) to block spam calls, which I have activated. Guess what?? It blocked their own number (this number). Perhaps they should change the caller ID to show TWC.
Got call but didn't answer it. Have no idea who it is so I looked it up on 800notes. We do not have Time Warner so it cannot be a service call.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
