I called you and advised you to discontinue service on November 4th. However I am still getting billed. I will resume service on December 30th. Please take care of this because I am currently on vacation in Asia. I will not pay for November and December
This is Consolidated Communications' (Formerly SureWest) customer support and billing's outbound number. They don't cold-call. Agents only call existing/established customers from this number.Also, why does the "Call Type" drop-down box not include "Customer Callbacks" or "Service Billing" for legitimate calls? The "Unknown" type isn't suitable for legitimate, acceptable business calls.
