Blake Anthony... claims to be a Civil Engineer, then abruptly gets called out of the country to bid on a job... then all of a sudden he needs 25,000.00 for a letter of recommendation. He somehow manages to come up with all but 3000.00 which he needs right away! But he will give it back when he returns! RUN RUN RUN!!!! Didn't get a penny from me!!
