Called saying the exact same think as above. "Robert Jennings" to deliver a summons to my work or home address. Have 2 forms of ID ready and said I could call back if I wanted more information on who was summoning me.
Ive been called by a gentleman with my information threatend to show up to my job or home unless i paid him 538.58. On a lone I never applied or recieved I called chase bank asked if that ever happened the account number was non exsiatant and she told me it was a scam ..
9-4-2019 Just received a call from "Robert Jennings" saying to make myself available for 24 - 48 hours so a summons could be delivered to my address. Also stated they would come to my work place to deliver summons. Did not say A PERSON'S NAME who was to receive the summons and my husband and I are retired. SCAM!

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
